  Bad packaging, I reached for the seller to fix it well but refused to get a deal, you can say that is a movie and you’re not paying a lot for it but care packaging works for everything you buy, otherwise why are you selling then? I wanted to return but honestly doesn’t work the time for me even I know eBay could approve it, just be aware that if you’re buying here, don’t expect good condition, as seller says “you’re buying from a retail dealer” or something like that.

  Brand new disks, unused digital codes and you are claiming that slipcover had some minor damage even though it was not visible from the pictures you sent me. Each disk has been individually placed in the padded envelope before putting into the main package. You asked for 50% discount and to keep discs, really? I will take damage to my seller ratio, but will not let scammers like you take advantage of someone. I told you to go for ebay return but you knew you had nothing to prove.

  Worked perfectly discs in new condition! Shipping took a bit longer then expected, case had some damage to the top and bottom of the spine corners that wasn’t mentioned in listing but can clearly see in photos, wouldn’t have claimed like new condition based on that. Would still buy from seller again as the shipping package was great and like I said the discs(the main item) were in perfect condition.
