Poor battery life, not worth upgrading to.

After two weeks of use I am locked out and can’t update or restore. I tried going through a chat assistance program and still cannot use the device. I refuse to pay a technician almost the cost of the device for “expert” service. I’m back using a generation 2 device that works perfectly.

It was worth the discounted cost but certainly not at full retail.

The app that the product goes with is designed for an earlier Android OS so it doesn't work perfectly with a newer OS.
