Supermicro is a Super pain!

I guess I should start with the noise - powered off you can still hear the fans on the other level of the house. Powered on you can't hear yourself think anywhere in the house. Then the screws - Supermicro uses tiny phillips head screws through out - 4 to pull the cover and it goes downhill from there. But - I really wanted to build a rig for AI with multiple GPUs - so I should have expected some of the pain. Not sure if it's just the chassis's I received - but the on board NICs have their own agenda on whether or not they are going to work. The SFF SFP+ cards i'm using haven't had any issues. Not a server I would go with again.

Awesome little Dell server!

This is a great little server. As a Dell 12th gen Dell is still providing firmware updates - and with everything updated it runs like a champ - Perfect size to run as a Proxmox server; and it sips watts compared to my other Dells - a 710 and 720.
