  Seller's listing was vague enough that I am going to avoid forcing a return but this item was definitely not fully described as most of the discs had quite a bit of scratches. I understand I got this item cheap, again that is another reason why I am not going to force a return but as a seller myself I definitely would not have been so deceptive in my listing. I would recommend being more truthful in listings as many buyers will not be as gracious as myself and you will have many headaches.
