doesn't work
I purchased this as an exact replacement for the 6960 I had before where the printer head stopped working. I had already purchased a stock of ink cartridges and wanted to be able to use them because I wouldn't be able to send them back as they had been date stamped.
The printer came already programmed for automatic ink supplies from HP which I don't want.
When I try to put my existing cartridges in - the printer won't recognise them. I have tried re setting to factory settings but it still doesn't work.
I can't say what the print quality is like as I can't even get it started!
(My old one was brilliant which is why I wanted another when it died)
