  Buyer listed item as self-propelled and it wasn't. Said in listing it was brand new yet when it came out if box it was scuffed and damaged. Sent photos and was told it was impossible. Seller did quickly send a return a label but then was refusing delivery of item back as said item smelled strongly of fuel, which was impossible as we never used it! I contacted E ay myself in regards to refund and they quickly refunded item within 24 hours, where as the seller told me it would be another 10 days!
