Genuine Kohler 14-123-20-S TUBE ASSEMBLY OIL FILL

KOHLER XT675 Engine a complete disaster
The XT 675 engine was on a mower .The mower did not have the correct oil filler assembly when purchased --instead the mfg. installed a plastic cap that did not match the threads in the engine.The result was oil leakage during use. In spite of Kohler's meager parts info, I found the part number for the oil filler assembly. However IT DIDN"T FIT. I had to cut away most of the insert -which was TOO BIG to fit into the threaded Oil hole. --However the fit is still not 100% tight and I will continue to have oil leakage during use. I will never buy ANY product with a Kohler engine. Kohler should fire the engineers and designers for the SLOPPY engineering of this engine. Oh -- there is NO oil drain plug either- Another stupid mistake.
