Greatly enhances cheaper irons.

Using a compatible programmable iron (one with a display that adjusts to specific degree Celsius) is great but the standard bits are limited. This set goes from large to micro and covers most shapes, so works for most domestic purposes, mains to automotive to micro electronic. One caveat - like all bits these will discolour with heat, but for long life they need tinning, good flux, and *cleaning before storage*. (I recommed a pure copper kitchen scourer pad if available, or the brass kind if not.)

Fantastic design, excellent fit and finish, looks great.

Excellent ergonomic design, easily accessed SAK and with well-chosen material and detailing. As a bonus it matches my old Victorinex Nylon Climber (one recently re-scaled in Olive Drab micarta) perfectly.

A value product that works in the kitchen

Good enough for decanted herbs and spices, of a space-saving design rather than the showy sort (the costly kind that are a those availably locally). However one of the twelve jars - on a inside face, not a corner, of the sealed and undamaged subdevided cardboard carton - arrived pre-broken. Since they were not needed as a set, not a big deal, but be aware on arrival the undamaged package may still contain broken glass.
