  Seller didn’t pay enough postage so it took ages to arrive & I had to pay £3.50 fee to Royal Mail. Seller refunded this but didn’t address other issues. Seller had also taken the item out of all of its packaging to squeeze it into envelope - packaging was flattened. It looked terrible when put back together and I could no longer give it as a present - this was partly because packaging was wet and broken on arrival. Probably Royal Mail’s fault but seller didn’t address this when contacted.
