  The product and serial number displayed on the advertised product wasn't as described. The seller sent a different serial number item, therefore there was no valid warranty on the Apple product they sent. They used a picture with an active apple warranty on the ad & relisted the same warrantied item again. After purchasing and contacting the seller he stated they use generic photos one on box, misleading genuine warranties. Ebay CS stepped in due to the false ad & refusing to pay P/P for return.
