The tracking number shown in eBay was wrong, but that's ok; after a few days, i got antsy and reached out to the seller asking if there was an issue on their end - they didn't reply, but the package arrived the next day.     I'm very happy with my backpack. It looks brand new and is very clean in excellent condition and all the zippers work. I've had this exact backpack in the past but they stopped making them. I tried a different brand but had to send it back. After I ordered this on eBay I got a confirmation immediately and the backpack arrived in a box 10 days later. It was good value for money but I thought $20 to ship was a bit steep. I would definitely order from this seller again.

    Item arrived but was broken. The description and conversation prior to purchase was misleading. The item wasn’t tested, it was broken. When trying to resolve the issue, the seller offered little help. Only responded one time even when multiple attempts were made to correct t the issue. I eventually had to get ebay involved with buyer protection to get my refund. For the value it was only worth the parts. Looks okay but that was it.
