Yale 4 - Digit Padlock
The lock itself is solid and well built. It’ll be very difficult to pick this one, but, the instructions fall short.
1. It does not tell you that if you want to change your 4 digit combination you have to put the key in and turn it ANTI-CLOCKWISE until it locks in.
2. Once you have selected your 4 digits you have to scramble all the numbers to lock it.
3. To open the lock you have to push in all the numbers together.
4. I thought I’d share this because it took me ages to work this out.

Epsom Salt
There is no doubt in my mind that 2 cups of this Epsom salts in a bath, helps to treat my minor aches and pains. It also soothes my tired muscles and reduce swelling and inflammation. It’s especially good as I have had two hip replacements.

Epsom Salts
What a fantastic product! I put 2 large mugs of salt in my bath everyday. I also add a little olive oil and some real ginger; It really sooths and relaxes my muscles. I have more energy and combine that with a better diet makes me feel great
