  Super-helpful seller tracked down my tea strainer as soon as I asked where it had got to. The post office had copied down my postcode incorrectly - absolutely not the seller's fault - and it was apparently at large somewhere in Sheffield! Once located it arrived in a couple of days. The seller was very friendly and sorted everything out brilliantly. The tea strainer is just as described and is now keeping the tea leaves out of my teeth! Many thanks for all your help.
