Timing is everything
U have to take this after u eat and I didn’t know that before I bought it because I like taking a pre workout first thing in the am on an empty stomach. Just wasted my money. I can still use it but u have to use it daily for effectiveness. I don’t go to the gym with a bunch of food in my stomach.
