  Needed to order single skein of wool to finish a piece of work. Postage from this seller much more reasonable for a small item like this, than any others I found online so very appreciative. Came in good time as advertised and in condition as described. (No thanks to Royal Mail, who shoved it through the letterbox roughly and ripped the envelope - thankfully did not affect contents!)   No communication. I was the only bidder, so the final price was quite low. I paid straight away and had a message saying the item was being dispatched. Next, I get a refund, but no email from the seller to explain why. Only later I noticed the refund showed the reason, which was a problem with the item's zipper. I wrote twice saying that I would like see a photo of the zipper, as this might be something I can repair, but never received any reply.

  Loved the book, but unhappy did not receive book after 7 days. Then received a card from the post office to tell me that I had to pay £1.50 as postage paid was not enough. Paid the money and received book 3 days later. Bumped up price from original sum and delayed a birthday gift.
