  Item was lost by my local post office through no fault of the seller. Communication with seller was excellent throughout. Seller did absolutely everything in their power to work with the post office to find the package and have it delivered, and gave me a full refund when the post office was unable to find and finish delivering the package. I would absolutely use this seller again because of their great care and service, inspire of my local post office's failure.
