  Took 5 days to update as dispatched, after 10 days I contacted seller as item hadn't arrived. Seller advised would send replacement out the following day, after another 10 days neither original or replacement had arrived. Messaged seller asking for refund to no response. Got ebay involved they requested additional information from seller to which they received no response. Thankfully they issed me a refund 3 weeks after purchase date. Poor seller order at your own risk

  Hello, it looks like your replacement order is still in transit, unfortunately when you asked eBay to step in eBay instantly refunded you which meant I had no way to message and help anymore with the case, I sent out a replacement and that's all I can do as this was a issue with royal mail losing your original order, I was not able to send a refund due to your replacement being in transit.
