The seller agreed to a return and a refund. However, they sent the wrong postage label that did not cover the full weight of the item. After contacting them many times to achieve the correct label, they became radio silent and eBay had to get involved. An absolute scam! Thankfully eBay gave me the refund, but I am now stuck with a broken speaker system. Shameful!
