Best tires I've ever owned, hands down.
I've spent 50++ years riding skinny tired bikes (27 x 1-1/4). I've had this bike for 45 years. I was the manager of sporting goods service for Sears during the bike boom. I was paid to assemble my first bike at 12. I've seen somewhere between 20 and 30,000 bikes. My last set of Panaracers lasted a long time, they had very low rolling resistance pumped to 90psi.
I was concerned the Marathons without a distinct center rib and lower pressure would drag down the bike but the reviews were great, step up cost wise from Continentals. They were easy to mount, just rolled them on with my hands. They seated immediately, no need for a "pop". Went 70psi front, 75psi rear to soften bumps a hair. Holy #$$%%^$!!!!! They roll like a dream. When you look at where the dirt is and the tire wears, the outside set of "knobs" rolls right up to the genius siping grooves. I'm shocked at how good these really are.
