    I wavered on whether to select Neutral or Positive for this transaction, but I'm giving this seller the benefit of the doubt as they are probably not experts when it comes to an item like this. First the item was shipped without any padding and the plastic enclosure was all smashed. The regulator itself was unharmed. The outlet fitting was defective and not a flare fitting as specified. I had to buy the correct fitting at Home Depot for a few dollars. Otherwise the regulator is fine.

    BUYER BEWARE !!!! Seller sold me a non working open box record player ( 1 byone stereo ) that I spent a lil over $100 for !!!! Contacted the seller & he said he only visually inspected the record player & assumed it worked.. no where in the items description did it say it was non working or sold as is for parts..The seller does NOT test the electronics he is selling !!!
