This was obvious upon receipt - no box and papers (as advertised) but even original china copy packaging. The seller however was very quick and responsive to refund the whole amount. So, in the end all was solved amicably, which is also why I classify this review as “neutral” rather than “negative”. Still, unnecessary hassle…

Good to use
A bit confused at 1st place, but once u read through, it's not that hard to understand it at all, set it all up and easy to use, night version is very good, clear to see when there's no light(of cause must be), the voice only from the cam to your phone(one way I think?!), but that's what I need while I'm in living room watching tv and monitoring my new born baby girl sleeping, I can hear her and she won't be noised by me. VG
