Bright Eyes
Been taking one per day for a few months,now. I'm 67 & recently had my annual eye test. The Optician said my Macular was immaculate.
I told him that I was taking these on a regular basis & he said that he does recommend Lutein supplements,as a lot of people don't eat enough of the natural sources.
Apparently you can never have too much Lutein!

Shine A Light!
Fits easily under the kitchen cupboard above the food prep area in our kitchen.
Gives out a lot of very bright, white light which is great for food prepping. And at only 16w it isn't going to break the bank!
We'd had one for about 15 years & it finally gave up the ghost. Was relieved to find they are still available online as they are pretty indispensible!
