Bosch electric hedge trimmer

Be careful not to blow a fuse when fitting this
The aluminum heat sink behind these LEDs is live and can easily short some lamp holders and thereby blow a fuse. I don't think that even being very careful and rotating the LED assembly to avoid the longer metal lamp holder contact solves the problem because vibration might upset any such careful adjustment. I therefore had to insulate one of the lamp holder electrodes with two layers of sellotape.
Other than the problem with my lamp holder, the LED lamps worked fine.

Dimmer switch works with a 13.5 Watt dimmable LED
Had to switch the electricity off at the breaker - so all the clocks are now wrong, but otherwise, the dimmer is easy to fit using only a small screwdriver. It worked perfectly with my high efficiency LED dimmer switch, giving me even more savings
Note that this dimmer switches on-off by rotating the knob, not pressing it,
