Great product for woody branches

I ordered the saw as I did not think that a strimmer would be able to trim the taller branches of the magnolia tree in my garden. The saw itself is quite small and easy to get into hard to reach parts of the tree from the ground. It is also quite powerful and sharp and easily cuts through the woody branches, but not quite so good with the softer thinner branches. It tends to chew them up !! I recommend it for harder wood and not for very soft wood. For those there are other products like secateurs.

Mini Grinder

I bought it as the cordless grinders I had were just not up to what I needed to do. That was to strip some badly stained deck chairs. I especially needed the mini Grinder to get between the slats. The mini Grinder is very light and quite powerful for the job. It happily went on all day long without getting hot. It was also fairly quiet and came with a good selection of attachments. I am very happy with it indeed. I haven't used the drill function and so can only speak about using the sanding function.
