I use them everywhere
2 of 3 found this helpful I now have 5 amazon echo dots so that i can use them throughout our home to control the lighting throughout our house. Obviously I've had to invest in far more than just the 5 echo dots to make the lighting and music control possible but it's been worth it, especially for the whole home music control features.
