needs better quality control

Seems to be a good fan but both the ones I bought had a problem with one of the fan blades being not round and making noise.

Works as advertised

Works like it should. Some other chargers won't start charging until a battery is really dead but this one will work at any voltage even almost full by setting the charger at 2 amps. Hope it lasts.
