This is the second set I've purchased, have been using the first set for over a year now. These are wireless INFRARED headphones. They're like what you commonly find in vehicles with flip down video screens. Because they are infrared, they are line of sight. That makes them perfect for hooking up to your TV. My wife and I frequently work from home, so this makes a nice way for the kids to watch TV without the speakers on. Ours even works with the kids headphones from the minivan. There's another benefit too. My hearing isn't as great my girls', so I'll wear the headphones even when the TV speakers are on, and I can adjust my volume as desired without blasting the kids or the sleeping baby. And there's no audio delay, which I experienced with some other technologies I tried. Hate to make more competition for buying these by posting a good review, but I think it can save some sanity for other parents or people who have hard-of-hearing folks living with them.

Lots of media options, great price.
I finally bought this stereo for my truck after years of using one of those Bluetooth/FM cigarette lighter adapters to connect my phone to my OEM stereo. Why did I wait so long? This unit will play audio CDs, MP3 CDs, from a USB drive, from an auxiliary (headphone) jack, Bluetooth, and obviously, AM and FM radio. After I first installed it, there was a large discrepancy between the USB device volume and the radio volume, so that I about jumped out of my seat when I switched sources from USB to radio. But fortunately, the stereo has a menu function for this, wherein I was able to adjust the inputs to have similar volumes. My only issue if I were to think of one, is that the unit does have a lead wire to connect to my truck's dash brightness control. Even that has an acceptable solution though, as the menu lets you choose between three brightness settings. I put it on the middle brightness setting and it is visible during the day and not too bright at night.

Be Careful - Trojan Virus on CD
I haven't had the opportunity to use the device because the software CD that came with it contained a virus identified by Windows Defender as Trojan:Win32/Osram!rts .
