  Sent an item that was covered in dust, had scuffed paintwork and parts that were broken - none of this was pointed out in the photos or mentioned in the description. Despite this i wanted to keep the item and receive a discount in price, however seller was unhelpful and in denial about the defects that i have photos of for evidence.. Offered a refund or nothing. Not a helpful seller.

  I completely disagree with this version of events. The item was in immaculate condition, as stated, and had always been kept on display in a glass cabinet. It was not covered in dust, nor did it have scuffed paintwork or broken parts when sent.It’s clear the buyer was looking for a discount after the fact. I believe the claims were exaggerated to pressure a partial refund. When I offered a full refund upon return, which is fair and standard, it was refused. I stand by the condition of the item
