Use official wiimote on Windows10

There were no issues to get this sensor to work with Windows 10. Just plug it into a USB socket and the driver installs. I tried to connect a third-party wiimote to the sensor and it did NOT work. There seem to be no issues connecting an official wiimote to the sensor. I have tried this only with the dolphin emulator and it works as expected.
