  Parcel unwrapped except for plastic retail outer which was ripped and scruffy. Parcel was 'abandoned' in the rain at the gate c20plus yards from the front door. No contact at door. Only noticed when we were going to an outhouse. Appalling delivery service would have bee a disaster had it been a perishable product.
