  Item was dirty and I asked to return. Firstly, no apology for the item not being as described. Next, I'm offered £1.50 off a supposed "mint" item, which I refused. They then say "given the cost just keep it" like I'm being ridiculous for asking to be refunded for such a "cheap" item! I don't want your dirty item, i wanted the "mint" item you described! I don't want it, green or otherwise, just send me a return label!
