  Royal Mail seems to have missed this parcel, However I have nothing but positive feedback for this seller. As soon as I let them know that the parcel was delayed they were in constant communication to check if it arrived. They were super friendly and helped me to get either a replacement or refund.   I am not happy with this purchase as anyone can see it is not the item the photos. Instead of a white plastic base, the one I got has a rose gold base. The rose gold base was the holiday release in 2018, which had issues with of two of the shades. Then, it was re-release in 2019 with a white base, the one in the seller's photo, with reformulated shades, although the packaging did not indicate this. Before purchasing, I emailed the seller to ask if this was indeed the 2019 release, and no reply.

  This was advertised as TWO bronzers which I paid for but only received ONE. I contacted the seller who advised that they were sent separately and that I would receive it soon. This was not the case so you should beware buying anything from this seller as you may not get what you paid for
