Brilliant service lens as described very many thanks
This ticks all the boxes that I want in a camera, in order of priority:
1. Great image quality.
2. Small & light
3. Weatherproof - I use it with the weather-sealed 14-140mm lens.
4. In-body stabilization - with the 14-140mm it also has dual stabilization.
5. Great EVF - which is also tiltable.
6. Flip-out screen.
It also has the added benefit of being able to use a fantastic range of micro 4/3 lenses.
There are not many cameras that can cover all these points successfully, with a range of light lenses.

A great walk-about lens for Canon full-frame cameras, both digital & film.
A very, very good lens for the price. I can seriously recommend this for owners of Canon full-frame cameras. I do not recommend it for crop-sensor cameras.
Sharpness - very sharp at all focal lengths - to get it sharp across the frame at 24mm stop down to 8, at 50mm it's 5.6, and at 85mm it is sharp wide open.
Vignetting - is quite high wide open at 24mm, stop down to 8 gets rid of it totally. Easy to remove though in Post Processing if it bothers you.
Chromatic Aberrations - at 24mm stop down to 8, at 50mm it's 5.6, and at 85mm it's gone wide open, and again, nowadays easy to remove if you see it in PP.
Colours - You can do anything with the colours in PP. If you are a JPEG shooter, then I would bump the saturation up in-camera first.
Hood - I would get one if it doesn't come with a hood. The EW-73B works and is much cheaper than the EW-73ii.
Hope this helps.

Do yourself a favour and experience this lens.
I am a touchy feely kind of person, and all the technical stuff just makes my eyes glaze over. All I know is that this is an absolutely amazing lens. It produces something that you can't really define exactly.
The images I have made with this lens are more interesting, & have a real feel of being there in the moment, than with anything else I have ever shot with.
It allows & helps you to really create something that shines.
