At the time of my purchase, a 20% eBay discount promotion was in operation, with the fan being rapidly dispatched on the day of payment & arriving 24 hours later, which can only be described as superb service indeed! Apart from the item not being in it's original box, it was indistinguishable from a brand new one, although I'd have liked to have seen it put inside a plastic bag for extra protection.

The item was exactly as described, had a small issue that meant the item would not work properly. I always say how a business deals with a problem tells you how good they are. I reported the issue on the day the product was delivered within 24 hours I’d received a response and a solution that I am extremely satisfied with. I cannot recommend this store enough!! It may be a refurbished store but they made me feel first class.

So delivery in 28 hours so can't complain. The value was brilliant, with the discount and the eBay code got the vaccume for £124, which when RRP is £370 or something is a massive saving. The vaccume has a few marks as described but no more than it would have after being used at home for a couple of weeks. The item was well packaged and came with all the accessories as well and it works like a dream
