For road bike only

Bought this to cover a mid-sized women's bike. Barely fits over the handlebars and doesn't cover the bike to ground level. Hence, plenty of gaps for the wind to catch it and blow it off. Would fit a road bike or other bike with much narrower handlebars. Other wise you'll need to weigh it down.
