Getting your goods

I emailed this company x3 times all were ignored I eventually received a Bull bar!!!!! I had ordered side steps,I told them of this eventually after being passed from pillar to post, then they promised me them for today,1/11/16 I rang to see where my side bars are and the receptionist just belched down the phone and laughed thinking it was funny, I asked for a MD to contact to lodge a complaint and she wouldn't give the information to myself good luck in trying to speak with anyone I still haven't received any emails or confirmation and can't get to speak with anyone that knows where they are .......
