  No box despite being described as new. Seller sarcastic. Criticised me for not asking for information that buyers should be able to take for granted. eBay state the term New as having original retail packaging which includes outer box. Seller should describe merchandise clearly and accurately. I am astonished seller tried to blame me for trusting their definition of new and not suspecting lack of honesty and integrity. This is the first negative feedback I have ever given and makes me very sad.

  The item was listed as new and according to eBay this means (A brand-new, unused, unopened and undamaged item in original retail packaging (where packaging isapplicable). If the item comes direct from a manufacturer, it may be delivered in non-retail packaging, such as a plain or unprinted box or plastic bag. See the seller's listing for full details.) The palette didn’t arrive with a box neither was it listed with a box so expecting something that isn’t part of the listing is honestly absurd.
