Messaged straight away as there was going to be a delay in posting due to them being on holiday and offered a cancellation if the late postage wasn't suitable for me. The eggs were posted immediately, with extra added on their return but unfortunately the parcel got delayed at the Royal mail sorting centre. They kindly sent out a replaced box immediately which arrived the next day. Eggs were securely and safely wrapped, all arriving with no cracks. Excellent!
