  Dress advertised as 'woolen'. Arrived with zero wool content at all, 95% acrylic, 5% elastane. When I contacted the seller she refused a refund and said she 'did not agree that it had been incorrectly advertised'. Mistakes happen , thats ok, life is like that. We all make mistakes. Sellers not taking responsibility for their mistakes is not ok. This cheap poor quality dress shall go straight in the charity shop pile. And I wont be buying from this seller again.

  Unfair feedback, 'woollen style' typo with a u instead of a y. Picture of tag saying elastane included in the advert. I absolutely did offer a refund and ebay can see that in the message trail but they did not contact me again, nothing more I could do past that, but I ABSOLUTELY DID OFFER A REFUND if the item was returned so maybe that want to keep the item!
