if there is a problem, it cannot be fixed.
I bought six units in total, two of them were defective. A battery does not hold a charge, it discharges within an hour or two after being charged to 100%. I could not use this product. Another one after just over 3 weeks of use the button started to get hard, and it will stop working.
The technical assistance said that I need to replace the entire housing of the product, and the cost of this replacement alone is much higher than the value of the new device itself. Bad choice, bad technical assistance. I do not recommend and will never buy again.

I bought the gopro 7 and received the gopro 8. it came exactly as new. I loved the purchase.
