Not as good as they claim

I got this for grandson who loves to play games on xbox, I thought it was a good deal, and not to mention the reviews sounded good. I did some research and this product is suspose to be a great product with all the testing and stuff they do with it. Well, I got it 6 months ago and the right speaker broke off the headset part and doesn't work any more. Hate to say this but got a cheaper pair and they lasted a lot longer then this one did.
