Makes a good coffee great!
I did lots of research before choosing this model & I'm not disappointed. It makes hot dense frothy milk very fast and a quick rinse and it's clean! For those having difficulty with froth (as I've seen on others reviews) you need to separate the frothing ring from the flatter part. This flat part is only left on when only heating milk, if frother not required. Both parts can be stored in lid (avoiding losing them) but I left the frothing part attached ready to use next time.
Parts attach magnetically and it's induction heated, so no milk burning, making clean up a breeze. Options are, frothy hot milk, cold frothy milk and just hot milk or hot chocolate. I used semi skimmed with good results.
