A True Gel, not Merely a Thick Liquid
The Banana Boat is a true "gel", in that aloe vera extract is suspended in a crosspolymer emollient. This allows it to maintain its structural integrity during application. Most aloe vera that is advertised as gel is actually just a thick liquid that is not as easily managed as is the Banana Boat product. I wish it was available in 5 gallon pails.

Like New
It looks and performs like a new unit, even though it was manufactured in the late 40's. Just had to R&R the lamp, but once it gained contact it was fine.
