Cheap & adequte for the job.
I bought this as the cheapest set I could find because I wanted the output jack, and the pots were a bonus. They are mini-pots, and as such, adequate for a cheap or beginners guitar.

oldie but goodie!
This game is for the original XBOX (not the XBOX 360). To play it, you'll need one microphone or one headset that plugs into the XBOX controller with a special adaptor (I bought a new old stock one on Ebay). The game is a lot of fun to play for kids or adults. It features a good selection of popular songs, including 10 '60's soul' songs. Obviously, it features no current hits, as it is several years old, although it is supposedly possible to buy now songs through 'XBOX Live', but I've not tried that. You can run it in karaoke mode, or compete with your friends (each player takes turns to sing a song). -if you do really badly, your player character sinks to their knees in dispair to the sound of the crowd booing....if you do well, the crowd whoops and claps. Anyway, its a good game, and better than buying one of those karaoke machines, as using an old XBOX is more versatile -you can play other games on it as well, and more fun, as you can have competitions... whereas the karaoke machines only do karaoke. -BUT- if you want to sing duets/harmonies, you'll need to buy the sequel to this game, 'karaoke Revolution Party'.
