a very good chip fryer, great timer large basket cook at 130deg for 9 mins then heat up to 180deg for 3mins [use timer] for perfect crispy chips when cooled turn front handle drain oil into reservoir for clean oil ONE FAULT the timer is to dark to see use a torch
