smooth LED looks better than individual LEDS
These look real nice on my 2015 Altima and my expectation was met. The price was very good, I expected extra labor would be necessary for proper installation and am very satisfied with the outcome. I like the brightness at dusk and dark, and glad they are not bright but have a pleasant glow during bright sun light. The transition from yellow to white is cool. I like the sequence of the white light when powered back up.
It took me about 3 hours to install. I did not use the small wire to cancel DTRL when my headlights are on. I ran power to DTRL from an ignition fuse. (No extra ground wire is needed for the DTRL, it utilizes the ground from the direction adapter circuit). I did reverse the two wires in each of the yellow lamp new adapter plugs to get them to flash. "For my harness connector to tightened & seal", I used a small 'exacto' knife to cut the proper notches (matching my 'old' yellow lamp plug) into the new light assembly. I removed the rubber 'vent' plug & disc off the back of my old lamp assembly and installed them 'over the plastic stub' on the new lamps. I bent the plastic mounting tabs several times to make sure they locked into the front bumper cover mounting slots. I also reused the metal clips I removed from the old assembly installed on the inside of the front bumper.
