Good - But not BRAND NEW
The opener was received in its retail packaging, and from the state of the item, it did not seem brand new. It had some wear marks. I only bring this up as it was advertised as a new item.
Other than this, the item works as it should and is easy enough to program. Search for a video tutorial on the internet if you need to, but its pretty easy and works as it should!
