This is a great piece of kit its only shortcoming is that a plug with usb charge socket on top of the plug cannot be used it fouls the mains socket .

Bmw e46 325i alternator.
looking for replacement for my failed Bosch unit found this one to be very much cheaper than others on ebay. on receipt it looked to be identical to my failed unit the only difference was the battery lead connection which was recessed and the lead would not fit. I overcame this problem by making an extension to the fixing bolt which raised itt above the recess. This was successful and the alternator operating 100*/*. Highly recommended unit.
