Easy Italian style food with a light touch.
Tucci's first real family cookbook. The recipes are easy to follow, although it would have been helpful to suggest alternative ingredients where they are US specific. More refined food than the hearty dishes in the Sopranos cookbook, but ideal for anyone who appreciates Italian food, but prefers Italian American style, healthier dishes.

Stabilised cream decoration every time. Flavourless and easy to use.
Perfect for a cream dish that needs to stand for a while. Helps to prevent liquid leaking into the dish. A cupboard must.
