Excellent stereo microscope
Sturdy, well-built, quality stereo microscope. Firm and precise adjustment knobs with no slop. The optics are excellent. The light is uniform and plenty bright even at the highest magnification, if a little bluish. There is enough space to the pillar that the light ring power supply bulge fits facing backwards so that there is uninhibited access from both sides for soldering and similar (based on the photo I was worried it would't). The only drawback I can come up with is that the power cord is on the short side (roughly a meter).
A very good buy that puts a smile on my face every time I use it. Highly recommended!

Good transformer varnish
The jug it came in is wider than depicted so it's easy to dip even quite large EE/EI transformers in it.
